HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY TOGS? 

To keep your swimmers so fresh and so clean, rinse them in cold water (no soap needed) and hang dry. Please DO NOT iron, dry clean, bleach, or put your togs in the dryer! 

HOW DO YOUR SUIT SIZES COMPARE TO OTHER BRANDS?

Our suits tend to run smaller than most other swimwear brands. If you are unsure of your size we usually recommend going one size up from what you normally wear. Click for our size chart and measurement guide.

A SUIT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

We do our best to restock our solid colors every 3-5 weeks or so. Most prints and contrast suits are limited edition and do not get restocked online once they have been sold out.
Our inventory turns over very quickly, so always check our website and social media pages for updates! @jolyneurope

WHERE ARE YOUR SUITS MADE? 

We make our suits in the United States. We believe strongly in being a socially responsible company and work closely along side our awesome production crew to get our suits made with top quality.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SUIT?

We recommend thoroughly hand washing and air drying your suit after every use.  Please avoid any washing or drying machine as those may cause damage to your Jolyn. 

ORDERS 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, we start on the packing and shipping process right away, so we are unable to make changes. If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email us europe@jolynclothing.com

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Jolyn Europe offers 2 payment options at the moment: PayPal and GoPay

Paypal is an international gateway and you must have an account with them in order to proceed with the payment.

If you choose a direct payment gateway (PAYPAL included) to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

GoPay is a Czech based company and by default the language is in Czech. Do not worry, you can set the language to English at the top corner.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Based on where you live, we offer different types of shipping for each country. Check out the current shipping rates

* Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.

**If we were in charge of the post, we would opt for a super long distance and deadly accurate bathers cannon, and blast them to you with lightning fast speed so you could wear them straight away.

***Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for any delivery company speediness within the above estimates and can only follow up orders that have exceeded the guidelines provided to us by our agents as above.

**** Please do let us know if your shipping time exceeds the estimates above and we'll get straight onto it.***

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We try our best to get you your suits right away.  Your suits will usually ship out within 2 business days of the order date. This includes all shipping types. We are closed on the weekends, holidays and winter break.  Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will ship out the following work Monday or work day.

MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT. WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes orders get delivered to your local post office or the wrong house by accident. First check with your neighbors, mailman and local post office. Still no luck? Email us europe@jolyn.com

WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

For NON EU countries ( Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Israel) please allow extra day or 2 for the items to ship. We need to prepare paperwork for duty office. Jolyn is not responsible for any additional costs (VAT and duty) in your country.

For Czech purpose: "Podle zákona o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online; v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin"
