Orders are shipped via GLS, DHL Express or National Post carrier depending on what services are offered in your territory. The shipping origin is Czech Republic (EU). 

JOLYN is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! We DO NOT guarantee that any changes can be made after an order has been placed no matter how quickly we are contacted.

Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.

JOLYN Europe does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”.

DUTIES & TAXES

NON EU orders are shipped via DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. JOLYN Europe cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to JOLYN EUROPE, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

RETURNS

Although we hope you love all your items from JOLYN Europe, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

Please make sure before returning your items you visited our How to wear your Onesie from JOLYN for recommendations on how it should fit.

RETURN TERMS

JOLYN Europe will provide a full refund, or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. Warehouse sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, only for store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

JOLYN Europe does not cover any postage costs associated with returns and duty and other fees*, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to JOLYN Europe is completely up to you, we suggest looking around for the cheapest local service. 

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as JOLYN Europe cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!

RETURNS – NON-EU COUNTRIES

We do not refuse returns; returns are only refused if they are stopped by the borders office and we are not informed about them arriving beforehand from the customer. Orders from NON-EU country must have the original shipping address also in NON-EU country. Items sent from NON-EU country for return if the original order was shipped to EU country will fail to arrive, because of missing paperwork at the duty office.  

*The only instance in which JOLYN EUROPE will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item for up to 10 euro.

 

RETURN PROCESS

JOLYN Europe will provide a full refund, or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. Warehouse sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, only for store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

1. Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase

2. Item/suit must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains/odors. Tags and hygienic liner must be attached
. - please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove hygienic liner

4. Please note it must arrive in original suit packaging with the codes. 
5. Package up the return using any type of postage/package you like. 
6. Fill out  return document. The package has to include this paper, otherwise we cannot refund you!

REFUND

Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that JOLYN EUROPE does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish you purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.

EXCHANGES

Send your return(s) back for a refund by following the return instructions above. Place a new order online for your replacement item(s).

You do not need an exchange authorization. We treat exchanges as a completely separate transaction, so just purchase the new item that you want and then send back the old suit for a refund. (Do not just write down what you want as the exchange on your note, since this makes it harder for us to track inventory). Ordering the new suit from the site is the fastest and best way to get the item you want, since it will be shipped out the next business day (usually). Also, our stock can fluctuate a lot so by ordering from the website you are more likely to get the item you want.
